Hi Sushila,

Diabetes is spreading like an epidemic. It is of grave concern presently and no matter how much healthy we eat or atleast try to eat, lack of exercise and higher stress levels in todays's lifestyle are acting as an icing to the cake.

I live in Baltimore, home city of JHU (Johns Hopkins Univ) and see everyday that obesity is so prevalent in this part of the country.

Thanks for making fellow ryzers aware of Diabetes Day.
